The Death Jarl Helm was a helm made from sculpted bone. In the late 9th century, jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir bought this helmet from the artisan Everold, who fashioned it for her in exchange for stories about Odin's travels through Niflheimr she had seen through her visions.[1]
