Agder is a county in southern Norway.

History

In 870, Agder served as a base of operations for Wolf Clan leader Kjotve the Cruel, who mantained a longhouse in Agder.[1] However, after Kjotve’s death, the Wolf clan migrated to Vinland leaving Agder in the hands of king Harald, the first king of a unified Norway. [citation needed]
