The Copper Mine was a mine in the Mount Ochi on the island of Euboea, Greece. It was located to the southwest of Mount Ochi and was occupied by bandits during the Peloponnesian War.
Hired by a slave owner to find a stolen heirloom vase, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found the mine. As she explored the mine, she slew the bandits, freed their prisoners, and claimed their valuables, among them the lost heirloom vase.[1]
