The Climb Leap Glove is a design of Leonardo da Vinci's that looks similar to the Metal Cestus in Assassin's Creed II, which can be purchased from him for 6100 florins in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
The glove's primary use is to allow the Master Assassin Ezio Auditore to jump and grab onto an out-of-reach ledge when climbing, similar to the technique that was taught to him by Rosa in Assassin's Creed II. However in addition to this, the glove also allows Ezio to climb faster and gives his Fists an attack boost.
