Biography
Carr fled to Hodda Shelter when the Muspels invaded the region. After what he thought was sufficient time in hiding, he left the enclave only to be abducted by a group jötnar warriors, who promptly locked him in a cage. Luckily, the Æsir lord Havi was passing by and quickly slew the captors, thus rescuing the dwarf. Carr thanked the Asgardian, informed him that he had last heard the soldiers' leader was stationed in a valley by the swamps east of Afalvat Mylna, then returned to his shelter. When he saw Havi visit later, he approached the god again and gave him a gift [citation needed] in gratitude for saving him.[1]
