Eivor wielding the mythical Bone Sickle (left)

The Bone Sickle was a sickle-sword that was found in late 9th century Ireland.

Through her travels in Ireland, the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan came to the Black Pig's Dyke in Connacht and saw the legendary wild boar, the Black Stout. After defeating the Black Stout, Eivor claimed the Bone Sickle.[1]
