Blue Anchor Alley was an area in London, Britain, in the Victorian era.

Formerly an area frequented by sailors and fishermen, the inherent appreciation for all things pertaining to the sea that distinguished Blue Anchor Alley was lost when the Blighters, led by Lilla Graves moved in and established one of their two Westminster strongholds in this location.

In 1868, the Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye fought to liberate London from Templar control. Following the leads provided to them by Henry Green, they liberated Blue Anchor Alley from the Blighters, allowing the Rooks to turn it into a stronghold of their own.
