Bianca Riario (1478 - 1522) was an Italian noblewoman and the eldest child of Caterina Sforza and Girolamo Riario, and the sister of Ottaviano Riario. In the game she is captured and taken hostage during the Oris brothers attack on Forli. Once you save her she tells Ezio where to find her brother and who's guarding him. She is never seen in the game again
