Achilles' Bow

Achilles' Bow was a legendary bow once allegedly wielded by the Greek hero Achilles, said to be notoriously deadly when shooting targets from great heights.

During the 5th century BCE, the bow was in the possession of a mercenary operating in Greece. The Spartan misthios Kassandra obtained the bow after eliminating the mercenary during the Peloponnesian War.[1]
