Bayhas (died 1247) was a brigand who lived in the 13th century. He was the son of Fahad, the leader of a group of bandits in the desert near Masyaf.

Biography[edit | edit source]

In 1247, Bayhas and two of his companions attacked a tradesman in the desert near Masyaf. The tradesman, Mukhlis, was tied to a tree, made to hang upside down. Bayhas then threatened to cut him open and make his organs dangle from his body.[1]

Before Bayhas could act on his threats, the exiled Assassin Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad managed to cut down one of the bandits. He then slew Bayhas with some help from Mukhlis. Afterwards, Altaïr and Mukhlis made their way to Masyaf, where soon enough they ran into Fahad, looking for his son's killer.[1]
