The Battleground of Silver Islands was a naval battleground located in the Aegean Sea between the islands of Mykonos and Samos, Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra participated in a conquest battle between the Peloponnesian League led by Sparta and the Delian League led by Athens.[1]
Trivia
- The Conquest Battle that took place in the quest Call to Arms happened on the shore, between the rebel forces led by Kyra and aided by Spartans led by Thaletas against the Athenian forces. During said battle Kassandra encountered and slew Diokles, the brother of Podarkes, the self-proclaimed King of the Silver Islands.[2]
