During his quest for vengeance against Rodrigo Borgia, he could acquire it from any guard who used it, though he never kept the weapon for continued use.[1] During his attempt to erode the Borgia's power, he could purchase and keep the weapon from any blacksmith in Rome.[2] During the Granada War, the Spanish Assassins under Aguilar de Nerha forged Bastard Swords to fight with.
