San Giovanni e Paolo is a major church located in Venice. It was built when the Doge of Venice at the time dreamt of white birds on the construction site. The first church on the site was built in 1246, but demolished in 1333 when construction on the current church started, which was completed in 1430. In Assassin's Creed II it is a view point location and is connected to the Scuola Grande di San Marco.
