Isn't the next game entitled Assassin's Creed: Black Flag? Black flags have to do with parley, a term used for negotiations during the pirating days, as well as a sign of rebellion against authority, and it was used by a rogue Confederate naval unit during the Civil War. The Civil War usage makes the most sense.
So are Black Flag and ACIV the same game?
