Both Ezio and Connor have the balls to do crazy stuff.
Let's not forget when Ezio volunteered to fly Leo's untested flying machine, or when he did a (I'm assuming) blind leap of faith in Masyaf at the beginning of ACR (When he kicked a statue off a roof and jumped after it, landing into a pool of water).
And we can't forget when Connor decided to suddenly go Rambo in the middle of a battlefield just to get to one target. (EDIT: You could say Ezio did the same thing in Spain, but he was dealing with swords and a few cannonballs, not a complete firefight with high-speed bullets flying everywhere.)
