I highly doubt we'll be getting third person modern day WITH parkour. The developers definitely would have announced it if that were the case. I'm fairly sure it'll still be first person, but at the very least, I hope we'll be actually doing something - Unity's Modern Day was so inconsequential. It didn't amount to anything :/
