The Assassin Council was the governing body of the French branch of the Assassin Order.
It is unknown when the French Council was officially formed, however at some point they became aquaintedd with John De La Tour whom eventually began operating under their orders. Through De La Tour, the Council helped in the establishment of the Colonial Brotherhood around 1746.
