See [[Forum:Naming landmarks]]. And if no English form exist then you just stick to the next best thing, of course. As for those quotes I always use the second form myself since it's more indicative that the quote focuses on 'observing something important', than on Aveline de Grandpré, who just happens to be 'observing something important'. Quotes
First of, yay for Sima for making this. I was gonna ask about what language the article names of landmarks needed to be in actually ^^;
Anyways, my question is the following. Concerning quotes, do we add a comma after the speaker or not? So for example:
- "Blablabla."
- ―Aveline de Grandpré, observing something important, 1765.[src]
or
- "Blablabla."
- ―Aveline de Grandpré observing something important, 1765.[src]
Cause I've noticed I've been inconsistent about this. It's not all that important, but since we're listing down basic rules, I figured I'd ask. Alright thanks for reading. Crook The Constantine District 11:54, March 1, 2015 (UTC)
