@Lucan: I left you a message at your talk page. Check it, and come talk to me if you can help me out :D
@Thief, about the Barber. What I used for your panel was a CGI Render of the character, just like the rest of the Istruttori's pictures. If you have a decent pic of the Barber's face, and you think it looks presentable enough, then by all means. Do it :D [[User:War Clown|<span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS"><font color="black">'''War'''</font><font color="green">'''Clown'''</font></span>]][[User talk:War Clown|<font color="black">''Wanna Talk?''</font>]] 03:07, July 25, 2010 (UTC)

Advice/Tips/Critic

Feel free to give me some advice and tips to improve my writing upon this wiki.

Or perhaps rate my photos that I take in-game? Thief 06:17, July 11, 2010 (UTC)

I have a request

Good day/afternoon/evening kind sir! You have said that you take pictures in-game yourself, am I right? Well I have a request for you. I'm about to start summarizing the AC2 storyline, and I need some good images. I can't do this myself because I don't know how. The images I need are:

  • Ezio stabbing Uberto Alberti multiple times
  • Ezio and Mario training in the Villa (Take this pic in a good angle and, if you can, without the HUD)
  • Ezio overlooking Florence (Firenze) from it's highest point (The huge tower near the church where you beat the crap out of Claudia's cheating boyfriend)
  • The Pazzi conversing with Rodrigo in Tuscany (If you can, take out the subtitles)

That's the ones I need most for now. Sorry, I can't do this myself :D

You can remove the HUD and subtitles while playing in the Options (Just in case you didn't know). Alright, that's all of my requests for now. Of course, you could always say NO. I'm not forcing you to do anything for me, its just a request cuz' I can't do it myself. So, can you do it? War Clown 12:01, June 18, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for accepting :D

To answer your question, Yes, you are the only one I asked. To be fair, I've seen the shots you uploaded, and they are all great IMO. Plus, I have the utmost confidence that you can do the requests I've given :D. Remember, you can take out the HUD and subtitles while playing (for better images). Just inform me when you're done, and I'll start work on the timeline. Of course, you need to study first. Good luck with your exams! :D War Clown 04:12, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

Um, yeah, about that link.....It's not working. It goes ERROR and says 2 things: It takes too long to save and I have to use a different browser. I tried using Firefox, but it didn't work either. Do I have to sign up or something? Because, I don't have the money to sign up War Clown 06:47, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Ok, the link worked. I got the pics, and I must say, these are pretty good! Especially the Pazzi and Rodrigo, it looks great! I'm gonna put some work into the others. I'll just drop by if there are more pics needed. Thanks again :D War Clown 11:02, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

Of course, I'll credit you for the photos :D I'll get right on it as soon as I finish summarizing the timeline of AC: Bloodlines. Don't worry, It will be done....eventually XD War Clown 11:53, June 20, 2010 (UTC)

RE:G'day!

Thanks :D

I'm no god, that's for sure XD, but thanks anyway. The pics you've taken are great, I'll upload the others once I'm done making out the story (I just uploaded the one that looked best for the infobox). I'll be needing your help with the photos as I lay out more of the storyline, so I hope you'll be available when the time comes

Anyway, thanks again :D War Clown 06:19, July 4, 2010 (UTC)

Whoa, wait a minute. You can do screenshots for DS too? Nice! Now I'll be really needing your help in making out the timeline. What you can't handle (templates, grammar, other BS) you leave it to me. Now, I have a question for you. Do you own both the AC DS's? If yes, then if you think you can summarize it, then feel free to do so. Because I don't own a DS....yet :D War Clown 12:12, July 5, 2010 (UTC)

I'll need it because I'm getting a DS soon (approximately August) and I'll be laying out more of the storyline once I finish both ACs. Hopefully, by the time I get it, you'd be finish summarizing the story. I'm really glad that there's someone other than me editing the storyline :D

BTW, Was the first AC on the DS really THAT bad? Well, I'm still getting it :P War Clown 12:38, July 5, 2010 (UTC)

So you take screenshots on an emulator, eh? Fair enough :P

And sure, I'll check what you've written. I'm guessing you're referring to AC:D's storyline article, so I'll go and check it out. I'll give my opinion on it once I'm done reading :D War Clown 13:05, July 5, 2010 (UTC)

I hope you don't mind, but I made a grammar overhaul on the article. It was rather messy, but very well-detailed. The pictures were properly integrated, that's good, and the links, while I found one link broken, the others were fine nonetheless. Go check the article out, and see if I affected something. If all is fine, then continue your work.

I've also taken the liberty of sorting this little conversation out, just in case you were getting tired of reading a big wall of text :D

BTW, you don't have to translate the italian in your article. It barely matters. War Clown 14:09, July 6, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry about messing up the quotes, but I'm sure you can fix them, right? Anyways, there's only so much that I can do on the article, so don't expect me to add anything significant to the story part, at least not until August :D

And yes, you can use the boxes :D War Clown 09:17, July 7, 2010 (UTC)

Job for you

Hey there, old chum it's-a-me! Um, listen I have this list of pictures that I need and was hoping that your services are available. Before I list it down, please tell me if you're available to help or not, thanks :D War Clown 13:39, July 9, 2010 (UTC)

Bummer :(

Well anyways, I'll just list it down here before I forget.

  • Paola and Ezio having a conversation (Before assassinating Uberto)
  • Leonardo deciphering a Codex page the first time (If you can get Ezio in the shot, that would be so much better)
  • Vieri and his men on the Countryside of Monteriggioni
  • Ezio, Mario and the Mercenaries while making their way to San Gimgimano (This is a little bit different from the others. Take this shot while Ezio is running to San Gimgimano with the Mercenaries behind him. No HUDS of course)
  • La Volpe and Ezio conversing
  • The Pazzi meeting in the first assassin tomb
  • Francesco de Pazzi stabbing Guilano de Medici
  • Francesco Hanged from the Piazza
  • Jacopo, Emilio Barbarigo and Rodrigo Borgia's meeting

And that's about it. I don't ask for much :D

Don't forget to remove the subtitles in options, and NO RUSH. Do it when you have the free time. Thanks a lot man :D War Clown 05:31, July 10, 2010 (UTC)

Nah, it's cool. You made it pretty clear that you're very busy on your first reply, so I shouldn't add anymore stress on you. About Zwooosh, I'll give it a try, but he's not here frequently, so I get discouraged to ask him. I'll give it a shot though. If only I had a way to take screenshots on my PS3 (I know how actually, but I'm not about to mess with the PS3's hardware :D)

Anyways, thanks again :D War Clown 13:18, July 10, 2010 (UTC)

I looked, and saw only One I could use :( War Clown 13:25, July 10, 2010 (UTC)

I've checked. Sadly there is no pictures there I could use at the moment :( Thanks anyway. I'm guessing you'll be updating the link in the future with more pics. Inform me if you do, there might be some I could use there. War Clown 06:59, July 15, 2010 (UTC)

So, can you help me out with some images now? I need help on some pages......and also, another reason I sent you this message for the badge XD WarClownWanna Talk? 10:06, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

It's getting there...slowly :D I changed that quote by the way, too much drama for the War Clown XD

My real problems lie elsewhere, so I shouldn't just slap it on the changes on the wiki WarClownWanna Talk? 10:12, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

It's one of the main reasons why I was against the idea, I have contributed by the truck-load! It felt so unfair to me! Well, i'll get them points soon, I'm working on this new story arch about Ezio's time in Venice (Its gonna be so damn long!)

And about them images, I would take them on YouTube, if they lacked subtitles. Thanks anyway WarClownWanna Talk? 10:26, July 21, 2010 (UTC)

RE: Altaïr's I's

Thanks for doing so. I got all cross-eyed when I fixed all of the I's on the Hunt on Cyprus page XD Hope that doesn't happen to you, eh? Thanks again. WarClownWanna Talk? 12:38, July 23, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, thanks, I definately have to agree with WarClown in this issue, I got tired of reading Altaïr as Altair because I know the difference in the sound of the I in both and I have a habit of reading something exactly how it's written in my head, especially if it has two different written forms, and I had to keep correcting my brother's spelling of Altaïr in a fanfic he's been writing. Thanks again, Theif. Assassin-Rayne 08:59, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

No problem, ;) Thanks for your comment. :D Thief talk 09:02, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

Policies

Hey Thief. You seem to be a reasonable lad, and your edits are good. Would you be interested in helping writing some of the wiki policies (all there except the sourcing one)?
Also, I'm considering you for the Istrutorri. If your additions to the policy matches the mind I look for in a istruttore, you're in ;D Consider the wiki policies as your admitance test. =] What you say? -- D. Cello 16:57, July 23, 2010 (UTC)

The Spanish Inquistion

My friend. I've been keeping an eye on the page for a while now, and to be perfectly honest, it's becoming a shoddy mess. If you don't mind, I have some tips you can follow in order to better the page.

  • Dialogue between characters can be better implemented. I've seen what you tried to do on the page, that talk between Ezio and the other guy, Raphael was it? Anyways, if the dialogue is only about 2 to 4 lines, there is a better way to implement it. Here's an example of a four-lined dialogue:
Thief: "Hey"
War Clown: "What?"
Thief: "You have some scissors I can borrow?"
War Clown: "Nope, sorry. I have some cake if you like"
—An example, involving me and you on scissors and cake

There we are. If you don't know how, you can use the power of the source to decipher the template I just used. Keep a keen eye on deciphering it, or else you'll get an error on implementing it.

  • If the dialogue is too long, (like AC1's Final Words), but provides relevant information, the best way to implement it is to just take a part of the dialogue that gives the most relevant info.
  • The best place to put a quote on, is at the very top of a section of the article. Implement the quote on a section that is best described by the quote. For a good example, check this page out, it's the longest article I've ever written on my own (yes, there were other users who edited the page, but they didn't add a crap load of info, one day at a time :P)
  • To keep the article clean, try to refrain from adding bold-ed, italic-ed, and underlined words. Trust me, it looks way better.
  • Click preview more frequently, and carefully inspect what you've written. It's the best way to know if you made a mistake.
  • Check every link you put in. I've seen some broken links on the page, so fix them as soon as possible.
  • I've seen you put a translation of a heading written in Italian, right under the heading itself. You don't need that, trust me, I think if the Italian is easy to follow, you don't need to explain what it means, but if its overly complicated Italian, then just write the damn thing in English.

And that's that. If you need further assistance on something, my talk page is always open. I'll continue to survey the page until it's finished. Happy Editing :D WarClownWanna Talk? 12:55, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

Actually there are no dead links on the page

Check the links to Spain, Aragon and the one about Gaspar Martinez at the dialogue you wrote

I copy/pasted it from one of your storyline pages XD

If it's the code, then it's perfectly fine, if it's not, then you're gonna have some problems.

And as I typed this, I saw you made the changes on the article. I was like: WTF!? I told you, frequent the preview button. You'll only know if you made a mistake by doing so (other than saving and checking the page, which it will eat your time) WarClownWanna Talk? 13:17, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

Good :D

And I've read the policies, it's good, well-written, and detailed. Good Job :D WarClownWanna Talk? 13:30, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

RE: Reading the Policy

Just got your message on the subject :D Sure, I don't mind. I'll give you my opinion on it after I'm done reading. WarClownWanna Talk? 12:56, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

You're the Lucky Bastard?

Oh man, Congratulations! Like your new staff pic? It was either that, or that troll with the hammer (a.k.a the Blacksmith :P)

About the pics, they look horrible up-close. I really need another shutterbug :( If you know someone, tell me immediately (other than Zwooosh and Lucan, both wouldn't respond to my request)

Congrats again my friend! Remember to be professional about what you do, and stay that way. You'll need to as an Istruttore :D WarClownWanna Talk? 13:49, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

I saw D's message, but that's about the only thing I saw

Glad you like the pic. You're better off as a soldier than some creature from Warcraft XD Congratulations, once again! WarClownWanna Talk? 14:13, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

Follow-Up: I didn't see that part where he considered putting you on the Istruttori, sorry :D WarClownWanna Talk? 14:15, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

@War Clown up there at the top? What Request? I didnt get a request

Auditor(e) 02:22, July 25, 2010 (UTC)

@Lucan, the request was for you to take a few snapshots of key scenes in AC2 for his timeline articles. Thief talk 02:36, July 25, 2010 (UTC)

Oh well uuhhhh I can do that ive completed it on 1 profile so i know how it goes and what to do and what happens so i can take good pictures sure ill just play through the game HUD-less. Unless i missed my chance if thats the case: Oh well.

Auditor(e) 03:04, July 25, 2010 (UTC)

@Lucan: I left you a message at your talk page. Check it, and come talk to me if you can help me out :D

@Thief, about the Barber. What I used for your panel was a CGI Render of the character, just like the rest of the Istruttori's pictures. If you have a decent pic of the Barber's face, and you think it looks presentable enough, then by all means. Do it :D WarClownWanna Talk? 03:07, July 25, 2010 (UTC)
