Sorry V, May I answer this?...just add the following code to your your MediaWiki:Common.js

importScriptPage('MediaWiki:Common.js/standardeditsummaries.js', 'assassinscreed');

I would suggest you to not use import. Copy the code from MediaWiki:Common.js/standardeditsummaries.js to your wiki's MediaWiki:Common.js.
