Assassin's Creed: Limited Edition Art Book is a making-of art book released alongside the game and the respective game guide.
There are over a hundred pieces of beautiful artwork included, complete with great insights on how the game was designed artistically. The producer, art directors, artists, and AI programmers also describe how the game was made, game rules, ideas from real world climbing and parkour, the design concepts for the characters, and the environment to their research process.
Concept art for the cities, towns and sets are included. The different sets include Masyaf, Arsuf, the lab, Damascus, Assassin bureaus, Acre, Jerusalem as well as a few discarded concepts.
Individual paintings are not credited, but there is a list of artists included at the back of the book.
