February quick post! Today the game site [www.gameinformer.com GameInformer.com] informed us that the third number game of the AC trilogy now has a release date: Assassin's Creed III will come out on October 30th, 2012. Aside from that, Ubisoft's CEO Yves Guillemot said:

"We will push the title a lot because it's a fantastic product that the team has been working for three years, what we have seen is just fabulous."

No more details were given.

Besides from that, I am saddened to announce the resignation of one of our oldest Istruttore, User:Assassin-Rayne. Personal life has catch up with him and he could no longer fulfil his duties for the past months, and as such had to leave the wiki staff. He will surely be missed.

Aaaaand one more thing: User:Slate Vesper asked me to mention his blog about the new ACR achievements and what seems a hint at a DLC, so here it is: User blog:Slate Vesper/ACR Story DLC hinted at? Mention made, Slate -- I now expect my payment on costumary chocolates and dragon plushies.

-So far, almost 20 days into the new year, we had no AC news whatsoever, but we have some Ubisoft Assassin's related bits of information. First of all, [[Alexandre Amancio]], creative director of "ACR" and someone who I personally think was very critical to the ultimate lameness and mess up that was that game and storyline (along with McDevitt), has left Ubisoft company. And speaking of the script writer, [[Darby McDevitt]] has left the AC franchise and is reportedly "pursuing another projects". I am speaking only by myself when I say this (and the readers can agree or disagree in the comments below), but both of you sure aren't going to be missed.
