Mr. Nakamura = Mitsuko Nakamura?
Could the 'Mister' Nakamura in the 'french' comic and mentioned in this article be the Mitsuko Nakamura? It would be a coincedence if there would work 2 Nakamura's at Abtergo,
But then again, the modern day parts of the comic is non-canon, so it wouldn't matter anyways. Would be a funny connection though :P
