:It's not confirmed, but in real history we know that Cesare might have or did indeed mess around with his sister, if you get what I mean. So holding Cesare pretty romantically might even be a hint to that. Woman in photo with Cesare Borgia
anybody know who the woman standing with Cesare is?
I've heard people speculate that the woman is his sister, Lucrezia Borgia (the illegitimate daughter of Rodrigo), and while that is certainly plausible, i always thought that the way she held his arm was... romantic?
