In the book "Secret Crusade" there is information that 2 years after the events on Cyprus Altair and Maria got married. So 1191+2 = 1193. In "AC Encyclopedia" there is sentence on 74th page "They eventually married in 1193 and had two sons, Darim ans Sef". The first son was born in 1193, the second two years later. The name
Now, are we just going to ignore the fact the ibn means 'son of' and Sef is the son of Altaïr ibn la Ahad? Meaning, his full name should be Sef ibn Altaïr. Ignoring the fact that Ibn-La'Ahad is wrong in the first place, it's not a even a surname! 88.196.181.241 12:53, January 28, 2012 (UTC)
This has been discussed elsewhere and many times. Yes the naming convention is wrong in Assassin's Creed, and yet, the in-game database and encyclopaedia refer to Altair and his sons with the 'surname' Ibn-La'Ahad, so I imagine the wiki will do the same, for the sake of consistency.
