This has been discussed elsewhere and many times. Yes the naming convention is wrong in Assassin's Creed, and yet, the in-game database and encyclopaedia refer to Altair and his sons with the 'surname' Ibn-La'Ahad, so I imagine the wiki will do the same, for the sake of consistency.
