Pretty sure Ezio did not give his daughter his surname. He calls her by her full name in Embers (Flavia de Soro? Is there a city close to that name around Istanbul or Italy?) Not sure what the encyclopedia says, but a source would be good. I don't think that Ezio would not want to give his daughter his surname, given that his name is actually known, and he DOES NOT WANT HIS FAMILY INVOLVED WITH THE ASSASSINS. I'd wager if the encyclopedia calls her Flavia Auditore, it may well be an oversight.
