:::I just checked it on my current playthrough and the description is different if you're currently doing that mission as opposed to having already completed it. For example, during Memory Block 1, if you go to Memory Log from the pause menu, the description will be Altair complaining how this errand should have been given to a novice, and how he has to baby-sit Malik and Kadar. - I just checked it on my current playthrough and the description is different if you're currently doing that mission as opposed to having already completed it.
