The Yggdrasil Leaf was a light shield shaped like a leaf, inspired by Norse myths surrounding the world tree Yggdrasil, whose leaves were said to revive those who fell in battle.

In 2020, the Assassin Layla Hassan applied an Animus modification to make a digital copy of the shield available while relieving the memories of the Raven Clan Viking Eivor Varinsdottir.[1]
