Yang Liangyao (楊良瑤; 736 – 806) was a Tang official eunuch who served as an emissary in the 8th century.

In 785, he was sent to the Abbasid capital of Baghdad to negotiate an alliance with the caliphate, bringing with him various gifts to offer to the caliph.[1]
