Xerxes I of Persia (519 BCE – 4 August 465 BCE), also known as Xerxes the Great, was the son of Darius I and later the Emperor of Achaemenid Persia during the Persian War. Xerxes I was a strong ally of the Templars.[1][2]
In 465 BCE, Xerxes was killed by the Assassin Darius, marking the first recorded use of the Hidden Blade.[3]
