What Goes Around is a memory in Assassin's Creed II.

Description

After Ezio Auditore is told that his rival Vieri de' Pazzi and his guards have been harassing his uncle Mario Auditore and his mercenaries, he decides to aid them in their attack. In San Gimignano, Mario supplies Ezio with throwing knives to help him dispatch the bowmen guarding the town's walls. Once the archers are assassinated, Ezio opens the town gates for the rest of Mario's reinforcements to enter. Ezio is told that he must be the one to kill Vieri, while Mario and the mercenaries deal with the Pazzi thugs. Ezio then climbs onto the city walls where Vieri is waiting, and they have a short duel, until Ezio finally comes out as the winner. Before Vieri dies, Ezio tries to get information asking what he and his allies were planning, only to be told "I'm sorry, were you hoping for a confession?" Ezio, controlled by his anger, starts cursing and yelling at the remains of Vieri, until Mario shows up to reprimand him, and tell him that he must show respect to the dead, as that is the way of the Assassins.

Outcome

Vieri is assassinated and Ezio adds throwing knives to his arsenal.
