The Tower of Gilos was a ruined building within the Petrified Valley on the island of Lesbos, Greece. Part of the ruined walls protecting the town of Eresos, the tower overlooked the Aegean Sea.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra visited the place.[1]
