Tom Cobleigh (unknown – 1712) was a wealthy man from the Cobleigh family of Bristol, England, and a Templar affiliate.

Tom, his son Seth and his associate Julian, held a deep-rooted rivalry with a young Edward Kenway during the latter's early years; this rivalry went so far that Tom became involved in a plot to kill or otherwise remove Edward from Bristol.
