Toledo is a city located in central Spain and the capital of the province of Toledo.

Around 1511, the Templars commandeered the forges of the city's famous blacksmiths, causing them to flee to Madrid. The Assassins reclaimed their properties from the Templars, returning them to their rightful owners.[1]

Later, during the early 18th-century, the city was visited by the pirate Edward Kenway; whilst in the city, he procured ownership of the famed Blades of Toledo.[2]
