Tivoli was an ancient Italian city located near Rome.
The Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze once visited the Aqueducts of Tivoli, in order to assassinate a Papal guard, who had been forcing civilians to repair the aqueducts, and to retrieve a hidden treasure from the Templars.

- Tivoli is a Templar lair that can only be accessed in certain special editions of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, or with The Da Vinci Disappearance DLC.
