The Tiber River is a river that runs through the city of Rome, and seperates the Vaticano District from the rest of Rome in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Many bridges are built over it, allowing civilians to cross the river from various points in the city. The Castel Sant'Angelo can be found near the river, and Tiber Island is located within the river itself.

- Ezio Auditore considers dropping the Apple into the Tiber River at the beginning of Brotherhood.
- There are hidden entrances into the Tiber Island Assassins Guild submerged in the Tiber River.
