The Thegn's Heavy Tunic was a type of armor used by nobles in England during the 9th century.

During her travels, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan acquired this piece of armor from a chest in Temple of Brigantia, Eurviscire. She would also acquire the other pieces belonging to the same set of armor.^[1]
