[[Ezio Auditore da Firenze|Ezio]] explores the ruins of the [[Palazzo Laterano]], and solves the puzzles blocking his path. Finally, he arrives in a room filled with treasures, and begins searching through them, taking what he can. He retrieves one of the [[Scrolls of Romulus]], which has a key attached to it.

Unfortunately, the chamber is blocked by a steel gate. Ezio must then use his hidden gun to shoot down sandbags. The Sixth Day is a memory in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

This mission involves ezio traveling through the maze-like ruins of the Palazzo Laterno. Eventually, he comes to the palazzo's basilica, which is also the location of the scroll chamber. Unfortunately, the chamber is blocked by a steel gate. Ezio must then use his hidden gun to shoot down sandbags. Outcome

Ezio retrieves a key, and a Scroll of Romulus.

Trivia

  • To get 100% synchronization, the player must finish the memory without losing more than one health square.
  • The key taken with the Scroll is one of six which are required to unlock the Armor and Dagger of Brutus.
  • There are three flags available to find in this Secret Location.
