The Outsider (died 48 BCE) was a Phylake who patrolled the city of Alexandria and its surrounding areas, with orders to find and kill the Medjay, Bayek.
He was instead hunted down by Bayek in 48 BCE who claimed his signature sword and an ornamented key.
