Teragani was a member of the Levantine Brotherhood of Assassins.

One evening in 1247, Teragani sat with Cemal, Tazim, and another Assassin at a campfire just outside Masyaf's gate. Teragani and Cemal were mocking the nightmares afflicting their leader Abbas Sofian when they were joined by Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, Abbas's ousted predecessor.[1]
After decades in exile, during which the Levantine Brotherhood had become nothing more than a rogue, bandit state, Altaïr finally intended to seize back the order in a counter-coup.
