Altair travels here in his quest to obtain the Chalice, but finds out that the true Chalice is not here, and it is a woman, not an object. After his confrontation with the [[Templars]], the Temple collapsed, and a sand storm left no sign of it once being.

The temple of sand was a legendary temple that appears in Assassins Creed: Altaïr's Chronicles. Three keys were needed to access the temple of sand, one was received form [[Fajera]], the gypsy woman. The temple of Sand is the location of the chalice (A similar object to a piece of eden) Altaïr travels to the Temple of the Sand where he encounters Templar forces and fights his way to the antechamber, defeating [[Axe Warrior]]. There, he finds an empty chest and Lord [[Basilisk]], who hints that the Chalice is in fact a woman(Who's name is later found out to be [[Adha]] Basilisk taunts him, and Altaïr runs back to Tyre before the temple collapses.

Temple Of Sand

The temple of sand was a legendary temple that appears in Assassins Creed: Altaïr's Chronicles. Three keys were needed to access the temple of sand, one was received form Fajera, the gypsy woman. The temple of Sand is the location of the chalice (A similar object to a piece of eden) Altaïr travels to the Temple of the Sand where he encounters Templar forces and fights his way to the antechamber, defeating Axe Warrior. There, he finds an empty chest and Lord Basilisk, who hints that the Chalice is in fact a woman(Who's name is later found out to be Adha Basilisk taunts him, and Altaïr runs back to Tyre before the temple collapses.
