Tamir is the first person Al Mualim wants Altair to assassinate.

Tamir is a black market merchant for the Saracens, who is found in the poor district of Damascus. He runs the largest black market in Damascus and possibly the biggest weapons market in the Holy Land. He is known to be cruel, heartless and corrupt and is proud of the murders caused by his weapons.
