The Silver Chestplate was a breastplate crafted of silver found in ancient Greece during 5th century BCE. Due to its material, it was highly valued.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found the breastplate as loot or in the inventory of a blacksmith.[1]
