Selim al-Toumi

Selim of Algiers was an amir of Algiers, who proposed that he would turn a blind eye to the activity of the Assassins in the region, provided that a group of Ottoman Assassins would protect a community of Moors residing on the island of Penon from the Spaniards that occupied it.
