The River Severn (Welsh: Afon Hafren) is a river that crosses Wales and England. In the latter, it flows through Shropshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
History
Vagn's scouts informed him that the river played a part in the legend of Saint George, leading to Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan searching for his legacy.[1] She eventually found his bracers and trousers inside fortifications along the river.[2] Inside the Northern Monastery, she also found a clue which allowed her to locate the River Dee in Wales.[3]
Behind the scenes
River Severn is a playable location introduced in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. Originally not available in the base game, the location is added through the River Raids update released on 17 February 2021.
