Piri Reis: Cherry was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.

Ezio met with Piri Reis, who taught him how to use cherry bombs.

• Ezio: I need a simple but effective means of distraction.
• Piri: Then this is the bomb for you. It gives a nice loud burst, luring all soldiers within earshot right to the source. Have fun.

Outcome

Ezio helped the wounded Assassin to escape undetected, while also learning how to use and craft cherry bombs.

Trivia

• To achieve full synchronization, Ezio must create at least two conflicts between factions of Ottoman and Byzantine guards.
