Philip Proctor.

Philip Proctor (born 28 July 1940) is an American actor and voice actor, originating from Goshen, Indiana, in the United States. He is also a member of the comedy troupe The Firesign Theatre.

Proctor has appeared in TV shows such as Arrested Development and JAG, and has also done a large amount of voice work in films and video games, voicing characters in the films A Bug's Life, Aladdin, Finding Nemo, Spirited Away, Iron Giant, The Lion King, Toy Story, and Toy Story 2. Accompanying this, his video games work includes Blue Dragon, Dead Rising, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, Final Fantasy XII, The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-Earth II, and Metal Gear Acid 2.

In the Assassin's Creed series, Proctor provides the voice of Warren Vidic in Assassin's Creed, Assassin's Creed II, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Assassin's Creed: Revelations and Assassin's Creed III.
