Philip Proctor (born July 28, 1940, in Goshen, Indiana, United States) is an American actor and voice actor and is a member of the comedy troupe The Firesign Theatre. He has appeared in TV shows such as Arrested Development and JAG. Proctor has also done a large amount of voice work in films and video games, voicing characters in the films A Bug's Life, Aladdin, Finding Nemo, Spirited Away, Iron Giant, The Lion King, Toy Story, and Toy Story 2 and has voiced characters in video games such as Blue Dragon, Dead Rising, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, Final Fantasy XII, The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-Earth II, and Metal Gear Acid 2.
In the Assassin's Creed series, Proctor provides the voice of Warren Vidic in both Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed II.
