The Patched Bandit Greaves were greaves commonly worn by bandits throughout the 5th century BCE Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, such graves were acquired by the Spartan misthios Kassandra either by purchasing from blacksmiths, or looting corpses and chests.[1]
